DJI Zenmuse L3 SP Plus

The DJI Zenmuse L3 marks a major advance in aerial LiDAR technology.

Equipped with a 1535 nm long-range LiDAR, capable of detecting up to 950 m even on surfaces with 10% reflectivity, it offers a vertical accuracy of 3 cm at 120 m and a horizontal accuracy of 4 cm.
Its system includes two 100 MP RGB cameras (4/3 CMOS) with a combined 107° field of view, a high-precision POS, and an integrated 3-axis gimbal.

Thanks to its emission rate of 2 million pulses/s and up to 16 returns, the Zenmuse L3 captures dense, precise, and detail-rich point clouds, even under dense vegetation. Its three scan modes (linear, star-shaped, non-repetitive) adapt to all contexts: topographic surveys, forests, infrastructure, power corridors, or urban areas.

Paired with the DJI Matrice 400, it can cover up to 100 km² per day while simultaneously collecting LiDAR and RGB data, thus generating DEM, DOM, and fused 3D models via DJI Terra and DJI Modify.
Fully integrated into the DJI ecosystem, it offers a mapping solution from acquisition to application, with real-time 3D preview, PPK processing, and Gaussian Splatting reconstruction for more realistic models.
