Flexible deployment and ultra-long transmission
The DJI Dock 3 deploys flexibly, redefining the standards of operations. For fixed deployments, signal quality can be improved by installing the next-generation D-RTK 3 relay at elevated locations, allowing for easy selection of the Dock's location. The DJI Enterprise app enables deployment using a simple smartphone. Additionally, for the first time, a DJI Dock supports mobile deployment on a vehicle, making urgent operations and long-distance inspections more efficient.
Fixed mounted deployment
The new D-RTK 3 fixed deployment relay offers superior performance against interference for video transmission and satellite acquisition. By installing it in elevated locations, RTK signal and video transmission issues caused by obstacles can be resolved, extending the maximum transmission distance up to 25 km. This capability allows for the selection of the Dock 3 location according to the actual operational needs.
Close to the tall buildings
The installation of the D-RTK 3 relay on rooftops significantly improves signal quality, allowing for the deployment of the Dock 3 near buildings or substation walls.
Near the communication towers
By installing the D-RTK 3 relay on a communication tower, the signal quality is significantly improved during Dock 3 operations, ensuring safe takeoffs and landings even in environments disrupted by tower interference.
Mobile deployment on vehicle
The DJI Dock 3 is the first DJI Dock to support mobile deployment on vehicles. Optimized for this purpose, its structure, components, and cooling system have undergone vehicle vibration testing. It now features new functionalities such as horizontal calibration and cloud-based calibration for Dock positioning. For emergency operations or long-distance inspections, using the DJI Dock 3 with a vehicle-mounted gimbal support is a practical solution when fixed deployment is impossible in temporary scenarios.

The automated rotation of two drones allows for continuous transmission of aerial sequences in real time. In case of emergency, a spotlight can be added to provide constant lighting.
High-performance drones
The new DJI Matrice 4D and 4TD, water and dust resistant, have been specially designed for the DJI Dock 3. They offer extended flight time and can be used autonomously with the DJI RC Plus 2 Enterprise. These drones are equipped with wide-angle cameras, telephoto cameras, as well as a laser rangefinder. The Matrice 4D is particularly suited for high-precision professional mapping and detailed surface inspections. The Matrice 4TD is equipped with an infrared thermal camera and a new NIR auxiliary light, making it suitable for a wide range of applications such as infrastructure inspections, emergency response, and public safety.
