For an additional replacement fee, you can have your damaged product replaced in the event of an accident. Replacement products are new or equivalent to new products in performance and reliability.

Express is an option that allows you to avoid the damage assessment and quote process. A DJI service center will send you a replacement upon receipt of your product.
